Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within five working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 15 business days

Express Shipping: 10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers become active within 72 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to South Africa, USA, Canada, UK, UE, Australia, New Zealand, SADC.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
